Maple Life Financial is seeking a new Regional Sales Manager to develop new and existing accounts for the purposes of sourcing policies for review and purchase within the Life Insurance Settlement financial market.  

This will be an exciting opportunity to engage with brokers and other financial professionals in a collaborative and unique industry by:

  • Identifying new potential broker relationships.
  • Helping new brokers develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
  • Reviving and expanding dormant relationships.
  • Developing specialized and unique service areas for select brokers under exclusive ValueApp channel.
  • Recruiting high-level individual producers and advisors.
  • Identifying geographical areas in low competition states where recruiting should be intensified.
  • Identifying various new channels as well as Broker Dealers, banks, consulting firms, trust companies, lead generation entities and other referral sources.

Are you the right one for us? 

To be qualified for this position, you'll possess an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Marketing, Management or other related field OR possess at least five (5) years of experience in financial sales or a related industry.  You'll possess intermediate technology skills and will be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite.  Prior life insurance experience or knowledge is a plus. 

If you're our ideal candidate for this position, you'll possess strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills. You'll be highly self-motivated with excellent organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail and the proven ability to manage concurrent priorities. You must be able to communicate effectively in writing and through presentation, at different levels with both internal and external parties, including clients, brokers, and internal staff.
