Microwave Telemetry, Inc., an established global leader in design and manufacturing of miniature tracking devices for endangered animals, has an opening for a full-time Office Coordinator in its Columbia, MD office.

The Office Coordinator is responsible for answering phone calls, maintaining our customer database, preparing and receiving shipments, and general office duties to help everything run smoothly. We are looking for a dependable person with a positive attitude who wants to learn new concepts and take on new challenges. 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be motivated, enthusiastic, detail oriented, organized, flexible, and able to multi-task.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced office support environment.
  • Have at least an Associate's degree in business administration or a similar field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Have strong Microsoft Office skills plus two years of Microsoft Access database experience.
