Interos Solutions, Inc. is a fast-growing provider of Supply Chain Risk Management solutions to government and commercial customers.  The core of Interos' solution is an advanced analytics data platform that enables our customers to assess, monitor and and mitigate risks within their business eco-system. 

The Interos Solutions team is looking for Solutions Consultants that can manage the working relationship with one or more focused accounts, develop a long-term strategy and execute that strategy with those accounts. The Solutions Consultant is a trusted advisor for our largest and most committed customers. The role incudes all aspects of business development, relationship development, delivery oversight and program management in those accounts.  Solutions Consultants help Customers make decisions to meet their technical and business objectives by providing best practices, proactively identifying and closing project gaps.

The Solutions Team drive customer success and solutions deliver engaging in a wide variety of projects for customers and partners, providing collective experience from across the customer base and are focused on the Customer experience. Our team collaborates across the entire Interos' organization to bring the right solution delivered and drive feature innovation based upon customer needs. We are looking for someone who is passionate about:

  • Long term development of global accounts
  • Engage with customers to understand their business drivers and application portfolio
  • Development of long term strategy for customers
  • Identify & develop specific opportunities and supporting business cases
  • Deal shaping, including estimations and deal pricing
  • Contract negotiations & closing
  • Planning and implementation of projects, including budget & deliverable responsibilities
  • Mitigation of delivery risks & issues
  • Overseeing delivery of projects in account, ensuring high quality delivery Act as single person of contact for Customer executives, developing deep, trustful relations
  • Educate customers on Interos' services and translate those into a clear business value proposition
  • Envision and inspire customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years' experience working in an Professional Services or consulting organization supporting Customer companies across multiple industries.
  • 3+ years Project Management hands-on experience in managing and delivering enterprise level projects.
  • 3+ years Program Management experience leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects.
  • 3+ year experience in Supply Chain Risk Management, Information Assurance, Fraud Analysis, or other risk management field.
  • Has presented to C-level executives (CIO, CEO, CTO, CISO, etc.) as well as to technical subject matter experts.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple and concurrent projects/customers. Competency in Microsoft Office suite, Agile and Project Management toolsets (JIRA, Rally, and / or MS Project).
  • Has one active project management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI, CSM, etc.)
  • Ability to travel to customer locations as needed.

  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • PMP-ACP Certification or Scrum Master Certification.
  • Proven track record of increasing project scope and complexity.
