Avalon Consulting is seeking a resourceful, reliable and responsive Office Manager to maintain and develop effective office systems which improve and organize our operations and help our team to execute their duties more efficiently. 

This will be an exciting opportunity for you to work in collaborative, fun team environment and use your management and administration skills to make a difference in important causes including arts organizations, environmental causes, and an exciting variety of progressive nonprofits and political campaigns.

What You Will Do

As our Office Manager you will be responsible for managing our office, systems and operational functions by performing a variety of tasks needed to keep our office running efficiently including:

  • IT oversight and vendor support
  • Systems oversight and support
  • Software administration
  • HR support
  • Contract management
  • Registration oversight
  • Office administration
  • Facilities management

What We Need

If you're the right one for us, you'll have five (5) or more years of progressive administrative experience in a professional environment.  You'll have proficient knowledge of MS Office programs, experience managing IT vendors, working knowledge of basic network technology and software programs, as well as prior experience with facilities management.

You'll be an exceptional problem solver who is highly organized and self-motivated. You'll be a master juggler who is adaptable, flexible and an expert in time management and multi-tasking. 

Most importantly, you'll be approachable, professional and reliable with exceptional communication and customer service skills. If you're "the one", you'll possess a sincere desire to help our company, our teams and our clients succeed.
