Our client, Interos Solutions (Interos), a management consulting firm located in Alexandria, Virginia, is looking for a Senior Logistics/OPUS Analyst to join their team.

Provide Logistics Analyses and Modeling and Simulation support to PEO IWS 2.0 programs utilizing OPUS, Windchill Quality Solution suites, PowerLOG-J, and slicwave.  


  • Develop and implement Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs) and supporting Business Case Analyses (BCAs) to include performance based contracts and Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs).
  • Develop, validate, and verify Logistics Product Data (LPD) utilizing PowerLOG-J or slicwave.
  • Perform modeling and simulation for Availability (Ao) and Operating and Support (O&S) costs utilizing the OPUS suite. 
  • Develop, validate, and verify Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) for complex systems utilizing the Windchill Quality Solutions (WQS) Suite of software.
  • Develop, validate, and verify Maintenance Task Analyses (MTAs) for complex systems utilizing the Windchill Quality Solutions (WQS) Suite of software.
  • Develop, validate, and verify Reliability Block Diagrams (RBDs) for complex systems utilizing the Windchill Quality Solutions and OPUS Suites software.
  • Participate in and contribute to all aspects of the 12 Integrated Product Support (IPS) Elements: Computer Resources; Design Interface; Technical Data; Facilities & Infrastructure; Manpower, and Personnel; Maintenance Planning and Management; Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation; Product Support Management; Supply Support; Support Equipment; Sustaining Engineering; and Training and Training Support.
  • Develop issue papers, decision papers, and briefings for various logistics issues.


  • Strong oral and written communication skills; proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Knowledge of DoD 5000 series Directives and Instructions.
  • Possess a current DoD Secret security clearance.
  • 5+ years of experience developing, validating, and verifying Logistics Product Data (LPD) utilizing PowerLOG-J or slicwave.
  • 3-5 years of experience performing modeling and simulation utilizing the OPUS suite. 
  • 3-5 years of experience developing, validating, and verifying requirements utilizing Windchill Quality Solutions (WQS) Suite of software.
  • Completion of Advanced OPUS course.


  • Experience providing Integrated Product Support to Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and/or Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS).
  • DAWIA Acquisition Logistics certification(s).
  • Master's degree in relevant academic area.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Requires a bachelor's degree in relevant academic area such as business administration, logistics, engineering management or similar fields and ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of related experience.  


  • Normal demands associated with an office environment.
  • Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face.
  • Some travel may be required.
