We are seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to support a team of Wealth Managers and create an exceptional service experience for our clients.  As a critical part of our firm's Operations team, this will be an exciting opportunity for you to provide "white glove" financial service in a collaborative team environment.  

As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely "back office" investment support for our clients including account set up and transactions, file maintenance and recordkeeping, generating client portfolio reports, cashiering responsibilities and ACH/wire/check requests

You will also be responsible for handling all client inquiries and requests as well as providing proactive communication and information. You will research and resolve problems and decide when it's appropriate to escalate client opportunities to the Wealth Management team.

Are you the right one for us?

If you're the ideal candidate for our firm, you'll possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field AND three (3) to five (5) years of client service experience in financial services, wealth management or a similar industry.  Your experience will include account and transaction management, strong experience with Microsoft Office Word and advanced knowledge of Excel.

You may have previously worked in a brokerage house, another Wealth Management firm or banking. You may also possess a certification as a Registered Paraplanner (RP), Certified Financial planner (CFP), or a Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Professional (FPA).

You are a strong problem solver who is extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills.  You're self-motivated and able to deliver results in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Most importantly, you're an excellent communicator, who is able to foster effective, collaborative relationships in a strong team culture with clients and business partners at all levels throughout the firm.
