Our client, a premier Wealth Management firm in the Miami area, is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Specialist.  They are looking for a highly positive and motivated professional to create a compelling and exceptional service experience for their wealth management clients. This will be an exciting opportunity to provide "white glove" financial service in a collaborative team environment as well as provide leadership support to other members of their Client Relationship Team.

As a Senior Client Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate, timely and effective "back office" investment support for wealth management clients including account set up and transactions, maintaining client files and records, generating client portfolio reports, cashiering responsibilities and ACH/wire/check requests

You will also manage projects and oversee the day-to-day escalated issues within the Client Relationship Team as assigned.  As a senior member of the team you will provide training for new and existing team members, as well as coordinate with the Director of Client Relations on a regular basis.

A key success factor for you in this role will be to build and maintain effective internal working relationships and meet company goals by providing support to Wealth Managers and other departments as needed. You will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm's Miami office, serving as a liaison to the cooperate office and coordinating staff administration as needed.

If you're the ideal candidate for our client, you'll possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field AND five (5) years to eight (8) years of client service experience in financial services, wealth management or a similar industry.  Your experience should include one (1) to three (3) years of supervisory or leadership experience. You'll also possess strong experience in Microsoft Office Word and advanced knowledge of Excel as well as an active certification as a Registered Paraplanner (RP).

Our client is looking for a strong problem solver who is extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills. If you're the right one for them, you'll be self-motivated and be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Most importantly, our client is looking for someone who has an energetic, positive and motivating presence that is contagious to others. Excellent communication is a must, as is strong leadership skills and the ability to cultivate effective, collaborative relationships in a dedicated team culture with clients and teammates at all levels.
