Vigillence is a management consulting firm located in Alexandria, Virginia providing supply chain and external dependency risk intelligence and insights. Vigillence uses big data analytics to help organizations continuously monitor, identify and minimize critical vulnerabilities in supply chain and external dependencies. Vigillence ensures our clients understand their exposure to risks from outside their organization, and can predict the impact while minimizing and preventing crises throughout global supply chains and third party relationships.

Position

The Analyst works with members of the client team responsible for the project element within a client engagement. In this role, the Analyst acts as the day-to-day analyst focused on drafting vendor assessments or supply chain risk reports.  Vigillence Analysts utilize Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), big data analytics and, Vigillence business model to aggregate risk information into quality deliverables for clients. Accordingly, the Analyst must deliver high quality deliverables on time and within budget. Specifically, this involves maintaining project plans in support of the Project Manager, drafting and reviewing written risk reports and supplier maps, and drafting presentations.

The Analyst will also integrate findings into policies and, guidance for program protection improvements as well as help develop and deliver methodology training and awareness for full agency adoption and implementation. Other main duties will be to help identify and document interdependencies among Critical Program Information (CPI), Program Protection Plans (PPP), Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM), and the Acquisition Life Cycle. Lastly, responsibilities for this position include leveraging Vigillence best practice frameworks and technical competencies to support the overall design and implementation of customized solutions for clients.

Requirements

0-2 years of generalized experience with knowledge of business analytics, research, training, process reengineering, change management, modeling, and deployment of information communication technology (ICT). An Analyst must have an understanding of financial trends, cyber security, supply chain risks and logistics management, international affairs and, national security strategy.

Education

Bachelor's Degree required or 7 years of work at progressively higher experience.
