The Marketing Project Manager reports to the Senior Director of Marketing & Partnerships with oversight from the Vice President for Marketing & Partnerships. The role of the Marketing Manager is to understand, inform and execute marketing initiatives to drive and achieve organizational, partner, team, and project objectives, boosting awareness and engagement through RIF's collaborations. Oversee and execute the tactics to align with core partnership goals.

  • Creating, implementing, and managing integrated project plans in support of internal initiatives as well as key strategic partnerships with RIF funders, including outlining projects, develop timelines and monitor progress, including deadlines, specs, assets, budget, vendor coordination, status updates, approvals, and final delivery.
  • Managing the day-to-day development and coordination of print and digital collateral, promotions, working closely with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors, from initiation to execution and invoicing.
  • Vendor management, including interfacing with and managing various marketing vendors.
  • Supporting graphic design of RIF's print and digital deliverables to drive engagement and awareness through RIF's strategic initiatives and partnerships.
  • Supporting writing, creative and production of RIF's regular engagement emails.
  • Supporting content for the organization's digital and social media platforms to align to RIF editorial calendar, key organizational and partnership objectives.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years' experience with a Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, graphic design preferred.
  • A highly organized and creative person with exceptional attention to detail
  • Knowledge in print production and management
  • Knowledge in project management with experience using Salesforce a plus
  • Knowledge in simple HTML
  • CMS Experience is a plus (WordPress, Drupal)
  • Basic Graphic Design Skills - whether in Adobe Creative Suite or even Canva
