As a Project Manager with W&P Nautical you will have the opportunity to utilize your project management skills for projects such as building rehabs, tenant space improvements, and pier replacements. This will be an exceptional opportunity for you to introduce a more formalized project management process and to learn all facets of real estate asset management.

What You'll Do with Us:

  • Organize and manage all aspects of assigned projects including schedule management, resource management, budgets, financial status reports, communication, and recordkeeping.
  • Serve as a confidential sounding board to management for business strategy.
  • Provide some internal operation support including review of simple lease documents and calculations and provide periodic coverage for property manager when out of office.

What We Need:

You will be a great fit for us if you have a positive, can-do personality with experience in construction project management, construction management, or commercial property management, particularly working directly with various stakeholders. Experience with the total project life cycle, from preliminary concept stage through all the operational stages to completion, commissioning, and post-project review is important. You must be a "rock star" in using Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint as well as one or more project management tools. Knowledge of basic accounting principles, project budgeting and financial models is helpful. A PMP certification is a plus.

In addition, a successful team member will be able to demonstrate the following:
