As a Project Manager with W&P Nautical you will have the opportunity to utilize your project management skills for projects such as building rehabs, tenant space improvements, and pier replacements. What You'll Do with Us:

  • Organize and manage all aspects of assigned projects including schedule management, resource management, budgets, financial status reports, communication, and recordkeeping.
  • Serve as a confidential sounding board to management for business strategy.
  • Provide some internal operation support including review of simple lease documents and calculations and provide periodic coverage for property manager when out of office.

Why You Will Love W&P Nautical:

The culture and history of 222 Severn/W&P Nautical, is traced back to the 1700s when the oystermen, crabbers, and fishermen lived and worked on the property. In 1974 the Templeton family began to restore the old buildings for maritime fabrication and repair and office space. 222 Severn has served the evolving maritime industry for over a century from fishing to marine construction to recreational boating.

The Templeton family continues to own and manage the property with a small staff. At W&P Nautical, you will experience a positive, family-friendly culture with opportunity to work on unique projects in an historic waterfront mixed-use complex.

We are proud to offer our employees competitive compensation and a benefit package including medical insurance, SimpleIRA with employer contribution, and generous paid leave.
