Phi Sigma Sigma, an internationally recognized women's philanthropic and social organization headquartered in Howard County, is looking for a full-time, experienced, Executive Assistant.

Essential Skills:

This high-level administrative role will serve as the Executive Director's right hand by; managing the organization's calendar, drafting documents and coordinating emails, planning/coordinating/managing projects and maintaining an organized office.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Extremely detail and date driven
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities at one time
  • Communicate professionally
  • Have strong Microsoft Office and database skills
  • Obsessively organized, and reliable

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of progressive administrative experience is required.
