Phi Sigma Sigma, an internationally recognized women's philanthropic and social organization headquartered in Howard County, is looking for a full-time, experienced, Administrative Assistant.

Essential Skills

The Administrative Assistant is tasked with keeping the office running smoothly and supporting projects and events. Routine duties such as processing mail, ordering supplies, scheduling, and supporting the needs of volunteers, in-office staff and remote staff are the backbone of this position.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Able to juggle multiple priorities at one time
  • Communicate professionally
  • Have strong Microsoft Office and database skills
  • Organized and reliable

Requirements:

An Associate's degree and a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience is required.
