Our client, a small non-profit trade association located in Washington DC seeks an experienced, detail oriented professional Accounting Assistant to handle its bookkeeping and administration. 

This full time position will be responsible for:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Fixed Asset
  • Payroll functions

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 + years of Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
  • Minimum of an Associate's degree
  • Intermediate level of Excel knowledge, and experience with accounting software.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct is preferred
